Team builder not uploading correctly

I created my team and everything on the website seams normal. However when uploading to the console things somehow fail and my logo and pretty much everything but the uniforms come out as just white. Editing the stuff through the website doesn’t work at all because everything comes up normal on there.

Same thing is happening to me and I've gone several times to the computer to fix it but it shows up as just fine on the website it's just as soon as I load it on my ps5 it has problems
