Team builder not working

Team builder is not working for me at all. When I click edit, it does the circle 

loading thing forever then takes me back to the previous screen. This is a huge disappointment. I preordered the bundle that includes madden as soon as it was available. I have been trying to create a team since it was playable. It won’t work. This is awful. Please fix this problem!!!!!
