If anyone is still having this issue, try this to fix it! Follow the below steps and make sure that you are linking your PS5/Xbox account to the EA Account that you made your team with on the Team Builder website
You do it here on EA.
Go here - https://www.ea.com/
Make sure you're logged in in the top right corner then click on your "account".
Click "account settings"
From there scroll to bottom where it says "connections"
100% confirm you have the proper PSN/Xbox account linked. Good luck.
