teambuilder not working on MacBook

Good morning,&nbsp;I tried to log into the teambuilder beta last night and I wasn't able to see anything on my screen like jerseys, helmets, etc. Im not sure if this is due to certain software my MacBook needs or what. Also, I am unable to log in at all to team builder as I get an error message stating I am already logged in somewhere else. Please help!

The already logged in error could be from you already being logged in on your console at the same time. Even if your console is turned on or on rest mode, make sure to fully shut it down that way you do no get that error while trying to log in on team builder.&nbsp;
