Technical Issue

I preordered and purchased CFB25 outright with my debit card, not through Game Pass. Now it’s prompting me to buy Game Pass to access Dynasty mode, which is the only mode I ever play. I’m not paying $20 for a subscription I don’t need. EA help bot has been useless. Please help.
