Technical issues loading in to play NCAA 25 cut error code

I have not been able to play the new season of cut on my account because I do not know what the problem is. I cannot play solo seasons nor solo battles and I can’t even go into practice mode to test out my new players. I just picked up from packs. Please fix this issue quick I don’t know what’s going on
