Touchdown Tango House Rules No Final Reward

I have completed the touchdown tango house rules and still have not received my final reward 87 overall Corey Thomas. EA help has been of no help because I can't get anyone to give me a straight answ...

    did you play a few more and get him? im close to the reward but heard that works

      Yes I tried that as well. EA is just screwing me right now.
