@EA_Illium I need to talk to someone on the account management team or something so i can show them my photo proof and they can look at my account and clearly see 250 wins. Talking to random support reps on EA help that have no idea what I am talking about is getting me nowhere.

We don't have a direct line to reach out to, our support can be contacted by creating a support ticket on the help site.
If they advised you to wait 24 hrs and the reward still has not appeared you should be able to resume your case or try creating a new one with the steps below:
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select College Football 25
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
