I didnt get my level 11 (120) or 12 (150) rewards as well.. I completed that prob about a week ago. This last Wednesday I ended up getting the level 11 an then this last Saturday I got the level 12.. so wishful thinking that eventually the level 13 will pop up. A couple people have experienced the same issue. EA told me there servers aren’t messed up during the time I achieved it. I completely the 250th win on Wednesday 31 July. I recorded the whole game lol. An have the proof that I didn’t get it.. still they really don’t care honestly.
I also completed mine around that date and I’m not for sure what to do, I have 5 cases created and nothing seems to work..
I just got about 70k or so "Customer Service Grant" and still didn't even receive my Corey Thomas lol anyone else?
- I don’t get why they can’t just give us the card I had someone from EA help give me his 77 overall but not the 87 what was the point of that when the reward said 87 it’s like they’re trolling
