I am still missing my Corey Thomas from the Touchdown Tango event there is only 16 days left and I am scared I will never receive my card. I know I was gifted some coins from missing rewards in the touchdown tango but I never received my card if you all could please take a look I would really appreciate it.
This is two rewards in a row, both the level 9 ICYMI 82+ OVR Player Pack and the level 10 8,000 coins, that I have not received upon reaching the required wins. I have contacted EA support about this already and they told me there is nothing they can do.
This makes playing the game almost pointless, I haven't received a reward in my last 50 wins in touchdown tango due to this glitch.
Someone please reach out and correct this.
