I finally finished the 250 wins in Touchdown Tango under House Rules in NCAA 25 ultimate team. That should’ve prompted a reward for 87 overall SS Corey Thomas Jr. After I finished the final game I got the coins for the win but never got the player card. I made a case with EA help and uploaded images of 1) my check marks for the 250 wins and 2) my current cards in order of overall to prove it wasn’t in my binder. The EA help person told me they could not give me the card because they are “unable to validate the wins” even though I have proof that I got all the wins. They then directed me to a forum of people who completed this weeks ago and this haven’t received the reward. This has been very frustrating because that was a lot of hours grind to get to 250 wins for nothing. I have been playing EA games for 15+ years and never made a case with issues in the past and I am honestly very disappointed on this whole situation.
