Ultimate Alumni Fantasy Pack not received but charged 5850 points.

Purchased my second Ultimate Alumni Fantasy pack and got immediately booted from CUT. Joined back in to find that my points were missing and I didn’t receive the pack. Talked with EA support and over the span of a almost a week I received multiple conflicting answered and “solutions”. at first they said I had the pack in unopened, but there was nothing in my unopened packs, then they said they “confirmed” it was on my unopened packs, which it still wasn’t. After they updated my case to fixed (which it hadn’t been) I talked with support again and they said I purchased a different pack, which I clearly didn’t as it says 1 remaining which means that if there were 3 total in the store at launch I must have purchased 2. Support kept saying that I purchased some “83+ OVR alumni elite pack” which has never existed to be purchased in the store outside of the topper for the main bundle.

Apparently cause this pack has been redeemed they’re not giving me the pack I actually purchased or my points back, and are telling me to make this forum post. I’m gonna give this a few days but if nothing comes of it I’m just going to chargeback the purchase as they’ve already admitted that I didn’t receive what I paid for and this whole thing has been a joke.

Screenshot attached showing that I only have 1 ultimate alumni fantasy pack remaining and that I have nothing in my unopened packs.

    Unfortunately, missing items are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I would recommend reaching out to our EA Help Team.

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
