Ultimate Team "buy points" not working

Over the weekend, when I try to buy points, after entering my pin and seeing the payment method and clicking "buy," I get the error message: "Not sure what happened here. Please try again later. +QleCqsck0KasU4M.7.7.1.2.1.16." (Sometimes the last few digits on the error code change.) I've been able to buy points a few times previously.

I've restarted my Xbox console, unplugged for 10 minutes and restarted, and also done a reset. I've also changed payment methods. Nothing makes a difference.

Per the Microsoft support site, I powercycled the console and now I can buy points on the Xbox (but not on the website). I'll take that for now. thank you

To confirm does this keep up if you navigate to the Xbox store and attempt to purchase CF points?

Yes.
I get this message about my payment method. But it happens with Paypal and with my credit card.

I’m having this issue too. It’s giving me an error code and giving me the “something went wrong” error. I’ve power cycled my Xbox, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help would be great

Everytime i try to buy points on cfb 25 it pops up and says “oops not sure what happened there. please try again later” it has been doing this for multiple days what do i do?
