Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
If you're still having trouble, go to your Xbox network settings and tell me what it says for the NAT and IPv.
having same issue on ps5. cannot load into a H2H ultimate team match. tried reinstalling the game, restarting console, etc.
- @Tri33a Try removing some players from the lineup completely if there are more than 63 it will give an error. I removed my rush left end 2 and It works
