Wrongfully Banned for “Match Cheating” on College Football 26 Ultimate Team

I recently received an email stating that my account was permanently banned from the online portion of College Football 26 for “Match Cheating.” I’m really confused because I’ve never cheated, used exploits, or done anything outside of normal gameplay. I’ve only played Ultimate Team the way it’s meant to be played.

I’ve spent quite a lot of money on this game and on EA titles in general, so this is really disappointing and concerning. I take fair play seriously and would never risk my account by doing anything suspicious. I’m hoping someone can help me understand what triggered this ban or review it more closely, because this feels like a mistake.

I’ve already submitted a ticket through EA Help, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. I just want to make sure this gets looked at by a real person instead of the automated system.
