I know you left your console unplugged, but did you also power cycle your modem/router?
If you did and still can't connect, I'd like you to switch your connection to a mobile hotspot. This is only as a test. I just want to see if you can connect on a totally different connection outside your home network. Make sure you restart Madden 25 after the switch to the mobile connection is made.
- 7 months ago@EA_Aljo tried that, they only wanted to blame my internet but i know it was nothing on my end. it clear says "our servers" but i can play every other game including EA games with zero issues

If you can connect on a mobile hotspot, the issue is with either your ISP or network equipment. If you still can't connect, we'll have to go through more troubleshooting.
- 7 months ago@EA_Aljo still getting the same error message on mobile as well as wifi without being hardwired. the issue is with YOUR SERVERS
- 7 months ago@EA_Aljo so i signed into my son's profile on my xbox and the game connects. so the issue is with my profile's server. thus it is EA's fault
