Unable to download EA College Football 25 Deluxe addition

Every time I click on download with my XBOX S it will try to download the game and then suddenly say installation stopped.

I bought this and when I go to install CF25 it immediately says install stopped and logs off downloading.  It doesn’t even appear in the queue.  I have tried this probably 15 times.  Oil preformed 2 hard reboots of my Xbox to no avail.  WTH is going on?!?

Hey @jjwalker07 Can we try the following?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Perform a power cycle.
  3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  5. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  6. Clear the MAC Address.
    • From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
    • Go to Network, then Network Settings.
    • Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
    • Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.
