Unable to Load Ultimate Team NCAA CFB25 "Our servers cannot process your request

I have been trying to play Ultimate Team in NCAA CFB 25 with my friends but I keep receiving the same error each time I load it Up: "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." None of my friends are having issues connecting and I am able to play every other online game mode. I have tried restarting the game, my modem, and Xbox multiple times but have had no success. This problem has consisted for multiple hours now. Any advice to fix this?

    @skywalker2552, if the generate best lineup didn’t work, remove all players and start with a blank line up. Build it from there. I’ve had to do it a few times.  I feel like there is a player that gets into 2 different positions at the same time and the game can’t use the sub.  When it happens it’s always right after I add a player to my lineup.     It also doesn't help that trying to get a live chat session going with someone from EA is like going through a maze

    As I write this I have multiple friends in the party playing. As I have this same issue.

    I actually was able to get on a live chat with someone from EA Help. They had me go through some troubleshooting steps but those didn’t work.

    They said that they are submitting it to the team as a bug and it is in the queue. He told me he wasn’t sure of the time frame but the team is online, so he’s trying to push them as quickly as he can.

    Can’t play ultimate team, everytime I try it just gives me an error message that says our servers could not process your request. Been like this for like two days now. Am I banned? Or what’s going on

    Pretty much just restarting Xbox, and changing your DNS settings on your Xbox to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and trying again. That didn’t work though.
