I cannot login to ultimate team either. Keep getting the “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Same, was able to play around 1 pm, after game I left it on the coin screen, got home from lunch and it booted me around 3 pm and has been like that ever since. I can use my console (PS5) and log into other accounts no issue getting into UT.
They said they are looking into it. Which means it will be next week we can play the game.
- 6 months ago@Animosity_XL Seems ridiculous we can't enter a gamemode, what about the lost field pass xp we're not getting?
If the fix takes more than a couple of days then they don't care about their customers.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with College Football 25. Around August 10 we saw reports of players having issues logging into College Football 25.
This issue should not be resolved, if you are still having issues accessing College Football first try the following steps based on your console.
Xbox
Spoiler- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Clear the MAC Address.
- From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
- Go to Network, then Network Settings.
- Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.

Been having this issue for 5 days now, contacted EA several times to no avail. I've spent $500 + to play a game that I've enjoyed since the first edition came out. It's insane that I can go into the store and rip bundles but can't play any aspect of UT. So pissed right now at EA I don't even want to play Madden. Can't blame customer service, they are just doing thier jobs, but if you can fix the store or glitches almost immediately, you can figure this out too. I just hope the compensation for lack of playing time, lack of upgrading field pass, lack of competing in gridiron, lack of competing in solo battles, not being able to complete challenges, etc. is worthy of even continuing to play this game we've all waited for 10 years.
