Unable to login into College Football 25, August 10th

Have been in customer support chats 3 times now about this issue, very frustrating.

Seems some people can enter ultimate team and mess with their lineup to resolve the issue, for those of us that cant enter the mode at all were just stuck.

Im guessing we will be locked out untill they push the next game update, because its clearly not a server issue and idk how they could resolve the bugged lineups without forcing something out to everyone.

They said they would open up a case specific to my account, so maybe they can manualy resolve it person by person, but i wont hold my breath and anyways thats an untennable solution

Have they even tried to fix the problem?! We have no way to contact EA directly with is pisssss poor leadership.

Literally been like this the past 36 hours

I CAN CONFIRM THAT I HAVE HAD ISSUES FOR 72 HOURS AND NOW MY ULTIMATE TEAM IS WORKING! I got on this morning and cleared reserved space again; ultimate team loaded right up. I have been doing that along with uninstalling, and etc troubleshooting steps every 4 hours or so since the game stopped working. I am on xbox, i hope the rest of you guys get the same luck this morning!

Here is the fix for anyone having the error issue when trying to play any game mode in CFB25 Ultimate Team online. 

All credit goes to Iceman who post this under one of the error posts. 

To fix the UT error, MAKE sure your team lineup is at/under 53 players. Usually 25 offensive, 25 defensive, 2 ST. This leaves you with 1-2 slots in your specialist tab to have players not currently in your lineup. I was at 54 players and had the error for 3 days. I removed 2 non-lineup players from my SubLB and Rushing LE and I am able to play every mode with no issues.

I have a theory because I tried the clearing of my roster and the putting just starters in my lineup and was able to play after weeks of not being able to do so I then added my backups to make sure I maximized my Georgia Tech chems (mostly backups lol). 

So I checked how many players I had in my lineup and it was well over 53 men. I tried clearing out backups especially in the specialists section to get myself to 53 and I was able to play a solo challenge for the first time in weeks. 

I think they have the same roster size limitations present in MUT but unlike MUT they do not alert you to exceeding this limit so you are able to back out of the lineup and try to enter a matchup with an illegal roster but the game hits you with a server issue message. 

I recommend people try getting their roster under 53 men and trying it. And remember to double check under specialists positions (it can be easy to forget that your Sub LB and Slot CBs may not be in your regular roster especially if you are maximizing chems via backups). 

I was able to play College Ultimate Team (CUT) fine for the first few weeks but as of like 2-3 weeks ago I started getting this EA Severs are unavailable at this time error, please try again later. this happened to me for like a week straight but then on like the 3rd of this month it let me play again no issues. As of yesterday morning I have not been able to log into CUT or Road to CFP at all. Is anybody else having this issue? This is so bad because I've spent money on CUT already and can't play at all. Please let me know if anybody has found a fix for this ☹️.

does anyone know how to fix the error you get when you try to buy certain packs from the store it want allow you to buy it 

Fix YOUR game or REFUND everyone that purchased this game. What sense does it make for me to get a LOSS ❤️ on my online record when the other player disconnects in the middle of the game and I’m winning 14-0?

If disconnection occurs, WIN-LOSS should be determined based on who is leading the game at the time of lost connection. 

Not to mention, I’ve been given countless LOSSES (L’s) when online games disconnect at the very beginning before there has even been a kickoff by either player. 

If this is how the game is going to be, how is this game any better than NCAA 14 or any other football game?
