Unopened Pack CFB 25 that isn’t there

I have had a notification in college football ultimate team for an unopened pack for a long time. However, when I press on it, it shows I have zero packs. The notification has stayed there even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and it’s driving me nuts.
