This is also happening to me. Message says: "Ours servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" when I try to open the Conference Stories 80+ OVR player pack I earned through the Conference Stories challenges.

Tried generating a new lineup, restarted the game, restarting my PS5, etc.

Same issue, SOTW conference story 80+ pack...when I try to open it it'll just kick me back out to the main menu.
Servers cannot process at this time. I've gotten another pack since then that was an ICYMI pack and that opened and worked fine.
