ive reached out to ea help multiple times and sent an email to customer support. I’ve restarted my game multiple times.
I’ve attached a file of the error code that pops up when I attempt to buy a pack now and I have a video clip of me purchasing the pack and my points being taken and no pack received. I wish I could attach more files but I can’t due to them being to big but I’d be more than happy to include them in a different way.
