Hey Everyone,
Thanks so far for letting us know what you are running into with College Football 25.
The team released a new Title Update today, I wanted to check in and see if anyone is still getting the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" when opening packs in Ultimate Team.
If so try generating a new line and checking if the error continues, as well as the following steps based on your platform.
Xbox
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
PlayStation
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
- Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
Still having this issue on 9/8/2024
just sent $25 to open a pack and am still unable to, pretty unacceptable

pack: field phantoms fantasy pack, 2150 points
tried resetting game, made new lineup, unplugged all usb’s connected to my system and did multiple power cycles and restored license
