If you are still getting the error "Our servers cannot process your request" when trying to purchase a pack, let us know the following...
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Which pack are you trying to purchase?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

I’ve tried every method, restart game, new lineup, download redownload, etc.

****FIXED***
I restarted my router because my XBOX failed the NAT testing-- I also completely hard closed the game / didn't use quick resume. Issue resolved. I'm unsure if that was the actual fix or not.
Same issue --
