I bought 500 points for the ICYMI booster pack in the store and when I click on the pack I get an error message saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later” I have done a bunch of trouble shooting by deleting the game and redownloading it checking connection restarting router restarting my PlayStation and nothing seems to work. Somebody please help.

I purchased the normal conference story pack. After purchasing 25 dollars on my last pack I got an orange season 1 anima toon and then it said our servers can’t be processed after I got out of the pack. Now I can’t buy any packs because it says a purchase of a pack is still pending. It has not been fixed and pissing me off. I’ve talked to multiple people at EA.
i restarted my game, console, reset lineup. Nothing has worked.

The team released a new Title Update today, I wanted to check in and see if anyone is still getting the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" when opening packs in Ultimate Team.
If so try generating a new line and checking if the error continues, as well as the following steps based on your platform.
