Wins not showing up on Champs mode

I have a win from last night and one from today on head to head Champs that are not showing up. Its not a matter of my wins not being updated because its showing game results for games that I played after the missing games in question.

Why is it that the EA servers are always down on my NCAA25 game?. This is unacceptable in my opinion. How do we alleviate this issue?
