XBOX wont let me connect to EA servers or link accounts.

Same issue for past 4 or 5 hours, ps5.

I’m trying to play CFB 25. I bought EA play so that I could have early access and I have yet been able to play the game. Somehow you have linked my Xbox account to a “@disabled.ea.com” email account. The live chat is not working on the EA Help website. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for days and this is not acceptable with the amount of money I’ve paid to play your game. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

literally having the same exact issue, but literally nothing works, i even tried to verify my account on my xbox series s on different EA titles and it wont let me get past the code screen, the code gets sent to my email, i can type the code in but when i hit submit it just sits there, nothing happens just stays on that screen unless i quit out. i bought the deluxe edition and havent been able to connect to the servers or even redeem my pre order stuff. i power cycled, restarted my internet and even changed my password but nothing works and im getting extremely frustrated.
