Assisted Tackle vs Tackle

Every time I am the main tackler and brush another one of my players, it gives them the tackle and me the assist. Every time. I could be the first to hit and have them basically to the ground and another player will run up and it gives an assisted tackle. I have to be the only one who tackles completely with no one else around or it’s an assisted tackle.

With that in mind, sometimes I’m not near the play and I receive an assisted tackle. Or I should’ve received an assisted tackle and get nothing. I know the tackling systems been weird. It was weird in the last game but this is getting frustrating.
