Auto-Subs and Wear and Tear are Broken

Auto-Subs doesn’t respond to any custom settings or editing the default settings. No matter what, it randomly subs QBs in and out, even when there’s no wear and tear or injury.

Which brings me to the next bug, Wear and Tear doesn’t work at all. Not a single player has showed any signs of wear and tear after five hours of gameplay. I’ve played with the frequency, turned it on and off and on. Nothing at all.

Made an account to report this same issue I’m finding as well.

I’m on PS5, but Wear and Tear… despite me tweaking all of the settings. Using default options like “Grind it Out” or “Keep Fresh”, and then also trying to really crank up the W&T sliders… I don’t have a single player in my games swapping in/out like all the marketing or early access content creators were showing.

It’s extremely frustrating to me because I like to play all my games in Dynasty, and I was hoping the improved W&T mechanic would fix my issues with not having a proper and working rotation of RBs and DL like you’d see in real life.

The on-field subbing is nice, but I have to do it based off of “this player hasn’t gotten much snaps yet”… and not anything influenced by W&T itself.

The ONLY times I’ve see this year’s W&T system doing anything is when I have an actual injury happen randomly to a player. Then the W&T shows up, but after a few plays the player comes back to 100% full health.

Later in the season when I check the W&T, all my players are at 100% for everything. Keeping sliders at 50 for everything, swapping to grind it out, and going to end of season… nothing happens.

  • Been playing since early access both wear and tear and auto subs haven't worked for me as well ps5.
