Bug: Custom Playbooks Kicking
- When using Custom Playbook, Kicking menu for kickoffs defaults to onside kick, it should default to the standard kicks
- When using Custom Playbooks, the kickoff formation the receiving teams is in always shows as onside kick in the kickoff selection screen even though they are in regular receiving formation
