Bug in squads gauntlet

I was playing squads gauntlet with two of my buddies last weekend and halfway through the games I received a 0-0 L against nobody. There is no team name and I never loaded into a game and left. I only played with my two friends and we were undefeated at the time but for whatever reason it gave me this loss after we had just won a game. After this we went on to get 8 wins and 0 losses until we suffered our first loss. This didn’t affect my friends since they still had 0 losses on their account but it ended my season right then and there. After that we won the last two games giving the record of 10-1 and my friends were able to get the max rewards where I didn’t due to this bug. I feel robbed by this unfair bug and would like the proper compensation for this. I’ve attached a pic below showing the record and how it makes zero sense. If anyone can help this reach the eyes of EA employees who can help I would greatly appreciate it.
