Challenges bugged when CPU gets penalties

If you're running Challenges and say you need to complete 3 passes. Well if on the 3rd pass or any pass the CPU gets a penalty and you've completed that pass it will not count even if you accept or decline the penalty and you'll have to recomplete another pass over again. Also sacking the QB with a Big Hit still isnt counting as a Big Hit. Things need fixing, best y'all have is another store bundles huh? 😡
