Coaching Offer Logic Still Makes no Sense

In Dynasty, the Coaching Offer logic makes no sense, it seems to be random after hours of playing, there is no set system, it makes no sense at all. you will be HC at Tennessee and only offered the New Mexico OC job, and then you still have some coaches not even getting offered at all, it doesn't make any sense and it is frustrating. This was a problem in CFB 25 that was never addressed.
