The missing collectible for the homecoming season.

I have just recently completed all the objectives for homecoming. I kept get the orange chain, but no other chain to go with the set.  Then I finally turnover homecoming chain. The only problem i have completed all 3 weeks and this was the final week to get it done.  I never got the yacht chain. The set is going to expire in 5 days.  How to fix this issue? I have attached several pictures.
