Create a team dynasty schedule visits cost set to location of replaced team

I'm playing as a team in California, when I go to schedule a recruit visit it costs 40 if the recruit is in California. If they are in Ohio (which is the team I replaced Akron) then the cost is 10...even though my school is located in California
