Custom Playbook 2-pt conversion issue

Was playing my friend online and got into overtime. We got to the point where we had to do 2 point conversions. I was using my custom playbook and went to pick a play in shotgun but the formation was missing and every shotgun plays from recent and favorites were missing. It was like going for the 2 point conversion sucked every shotgun plays out of my playbook suddenly.

Not sure if this happens with the formation that is the most prominent in a custom playbook. Also not sure if its applicable to ALL custom playbooks, I just know it happened to mine.
