Still absolute radio silence? Unreal. At this point it’s clear — the EA mods either have no clue what they’re doing or just flat-out don’t care. Thousands of people are reporting this issue — right here, Reddit, X, probably Facebook and Instagram too — and you’re still hiding?

What kind of “community management” is this? Grow a spine and stop regurgitating the same half-assed PR script that hasn’t helped a single person. It’s insulting. Hell, some players nuked their entire systems because they believed your vague suggestions might work. You let people lose everything because you're too cowardly to admit the game is broken.

This isn’t just incompetence anymore — it’s negligence. You should be ashamed to even clock in at this point. This is a disgrace.
