Dynasty giving a loss when i won

Im in serious need of help from someone in EA. Im in an online dynasty and I am not the commissioner, im playing as Oregon ducks. I played my game yesterday against Minnesota and destroyed them, 44-10. I left after the game and hit ready. Other people still had games so I left and came back later and saw that I had dropped from A to a B in championship contender so i look at my team and notice that i lost the game. Im losing recruits because my championship contender dropped to a b and im also going to lose my top wr Moore, my top safety and 2 other top players. Idk what to do because the week advanced and my commissioner says he can't do anything. So I basically wanted a whole season to lose all my top players and have to start from scratch next year?  Please help me EA im so furious right now
