RTG Health Bug

In Road to Glory, health no longer recovers by any method. The recover option is permanently unavailable despite having sufficient energy to spend, and advancing the week does not apply the advertised automatic health recovery from unused energy. Because Health never increases, Fitness also can’t be increased and continually declines. This persists across multiple weeks, full game restarts, and autosaves.
