I am seeing the same bug - except I am year 5 of a Delaware offline dynasty. I was able to edit players physiques, then in the middle manually updating the height and weight of the incoming freshman class the physique screen went blank. I backed out of the player I was trying to update, checked another player and saw the same the physique screen was blank. Tried again with a new Dynasty - simmed a season - and still the physique screen was blank. Turned off my xBox One S, waited a few hours, and when I checked again the screen was still blank.
I am at a loss as to what happened for the screen to all of a suddenly stop working all together. And further perplexed that it will not work when previous save files were loaded, or when a new dynasty was created.
