Hat selection

Bro y’all are getting options? Mine doesn’t even show the x or a buttons on the screen it just keeps bugging. I’ve tried everything 

Dude this game is broken….. been sitting here for five minutes after closing the app and reloading it 5 times, restarting my console twice, and uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s a dud. I don’t even get the option of doing anything. 

Preach!!!! Man this game was looking so good and fun to me up until this point

Just to confirm, have you tried holding the button instead of pressing it? It's still not working when you hold it?

I experienced the same bug today got through high school with no issues and then got to the hat ceremony and my entire console crashed and died I tried it four times in a row and it happened each time I don't know what to do 

every time i get to the hat selection in road to glory it loads in and my ps5 fan gets really road and it crashes. this has happened like 8 times in a row between yesterday and today. i dont know what to do and i just want to get my player to college. i have even created a new player and played all through high school and at the hat selection my ps5 still crashes. someone please help
