The rankings/ratings for Stadium Atmosphere are bugged. They all outline the same thing as shown below. In year 10 of my Dynasty, and a 31 home game winning streak, DKR is still listed at number 13. I'm using Old Dominion as a juxtaposition.
High, High, High, Medium, Medium.
This is still bugged. Makes dynasty way less immersive.
The "Impact" column tells you how much the "Value" column affects your school's grade. The first 3 categories all have a High impact on the grade, the last two have a Medium impact on the grade. Team Prestige and Current Home Winning Streak have less impact on the grade than Home Winning Percentage, for example.
OD's values are WAY lower than Texas', of course, which is why they're a D. 100k attendance vs 8k. Instead of OD, you should compare to the schools ranked higher than you.
That doesn't mean it's not bugged, though. Has your grade improved with that long win streak? Were you ranked lower than 13th before?
