Injury Prompt pop up

There has been a bug in game since launch that's cause the injury substitution prompt to pop up constantly throughout the game even after you've selected the option to keep the injured player out. The only way to bypass it is to force your injured player to play but if he's unable to continue then the substitution prompt will continue to pop up throughout the entire game. PLEASE FIX !!!
