Why did I load up and all of a sudden I have negative points ? All of my transactions went through, I’m confused. I also never received any of my crossover players !!!
This is working as designed and not any kind of bug or issue. You have refunded a points purchase from Microsoft or PlayStation after using those points in-game.
Hey so yesterday I got points on my account bought on accident by my little brother, was talking to Xbox support and they managed to refund the purchase. Today I went onto my ncaa 26 account and it says my points are in the negative -30,000. I was wondering if that could be fixed because now I want to buy the right amount of points to get the field pass and when I bought it it just brought my negative balance down to 27,000. I think that is an error I don’t think I should be in the negatives lol
I bought 70 dollars worth of points and rather then getting the points and being able to spend them it made me go negative

It sya I have -5475 points I just bought more points and it still jsut going down to negative what in the hell is going on because u are scamming me when I got points but it saying it is never if u don’t fix’s this I will get all my charges and put them as fraud because I’m buying points and it is never a negative balance
