Game crashing since launch

maybe a bug report will get someone at EA to pay attention to us, game crashes while attempting to play any game (dynasty, cut, play now, rtg) which prevents playing the game we paid for, spending money on cut, and all around not getting scammed by EA. for some this is going back to the console dashboard, for others its completely shutting off the console. primarily an xbox issue, though reports on ps5 as well.
