Players enter transfer portal, don't sign with a team and then dissappear

Hundreds of 1, 2, and 3 stars dissappear from the game when they go into transfer portal. They never sign with a team and then are gone. Happens to about 20 four stars as well. Playing on PS5 tried it on multiple dynasty files. There's no way to fix it. It needs patched.
