Re: Can't play the game due to random ''Trial'' message today

I own CFB26 on Xbox and am trying to access the game. I understand it just came to Gamepass, but I cannot play the game anymore. A friend of mine is trying to access the game via Gamepass Ultimate as well and is getting the same EA Trial error. This is beyond frustrating given I purchased the game at full price and my friend and I both pay $30/month for Gamepass Ultimate to access EA Play games.  I’m in an online league with a group of guys and can no longer participate because of this. I also see multiple people in these forums and on Reddit complaining about this issue. Please EA, someone address this issue so we can play. We work hard for our money to spend on your products and to not have access now for nearly a week is unacceptable.  I have tried to access now for 4-5 days since it released on Gamepass.
