Real Coaches disappearing, not getting offered

in Dynasty, there are real coaches, coordinators that get fired but then never re hired and some are C+ grades. and they disappear from the game following the coaching changes, this is frustrating to go along with the already really frustrating coaching carousel logic and limitations. Dynasty is Still a Minefield of Bugs, Crashing that have never been addressed from last years game. Disappointing to say the least
