EA please fix this, it’s genuinely unbearable to be up in a game and then get randomly kicked for absolutely no reason. It happens every 2-3 games and it’s gotta be the most annoying thing I’ve ever dealt with when playing a game.
This happens to me too in dynasty mode.
One easy way to fix this in my opinion is to allow us to resume games at the same point in the game when we cut the gaming system back on. These games can be long & sometimes we need to stop in the middle of a game & resume later. But that type of fix would also allow us to resume because of any situation. IE: lose connection to EA servers, power goes out or if we just need to stop mid game for whatever reason. And for those of us that play an online dynasty with our friends, the ones that try & cheat & say they need to play again because they lost connection would be rectified as well. I know this is possible, it use to be a feature in Madden several yrs ago.
I was selecting plays and controlling my player but got kicked for idle 3 plays in and lost due to it. Not a good feature at all.
It was the 4th quarter and i was up he had to score a touchdown one minute left, i controlled the player and got the pick and got an achievement for forcing a pick so i had to be playing, he paused and got kicked for idle seconds later after pressing resume.
I was playing Road to CFP with a healthy lead vs my opponent in the 4th quarter. My opponent threw a pick-6 and before I could kick the PAT they paused the game and I received a message of: “Reported for being idle, game recorded as a loss” followed by being kicked out of the match. Is this going to be resolved? It’s frustrating to play almost an entire match and then not get credit for it bc your opponent exposes a glitch.
